I've worked with a Roman Catholic ...Good stuff. I've worked with a Roman Catholic scholar who, like you, thinks that the Apostolic office is still extant. Unlike you, however, he still thinks it laying a foundation. I think that the ministries and offices were tied to that time and have ceased actively functioning. Again, good stuff.
